1. Ensure optimal distribution of available stock from the central warehouse to global regions in alignment with brand strategy.
2. Manage and optimize the distribution tool 'Share' and propose improvements.
3. Coordinate the availability of new collections in regions for launch dates and contribute to defining optimal product launch strategies.
4. Serve as the primary liaison with merchandising teams on distribution matters and propose enhancements to maximize performance.
5. Address and fulfill ad-hoc stock requests from the central warehouse.
6. Provide visibility on distribution activities through regular and targeted reports.

1. Degree from a business or engineering school.
2. Experience as a Distribution Planner.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
2. Strong organizational, autonomous, and analytical skills.
3. Excellent customer service orientation and teamwork capabilities.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

Previous experience in distribution planning is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
