- Ensure the accurate distribution of available stock from the central warehouse to global regions in alignment with Balenciaga's strategy.
- Manage and optimize the distribution tool settings, proposing improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Coordinate the availability of new collections in regional markets for launch dates, contributing to the development of product launch strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Merchandising teams on distribution matters, challenging them to identify improvement opportunities to maximize brand performance.
- Address and fulfill ad-hoc stock requests from the central warehouse.
- Provide regular and targeted reports to offer visibility on distribution activities.
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain role, ideally within the retail sector, through internships or apprenticeships.
- Immediate availability for a temporary contract.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously with a strong team spirit.
- Bilingual proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with various IT tools.
Candidates should have a foundational experience in supply chain roles, preferably within the retail industry, gained through internships or similar positions.
