- Identify technological innovation opportunities and define the IT roadmap.
- Ensure active technology monitoring to anticipate market evolutions and industry trends.
- Guarantee the security of information systems and the protection of sensitive company data.
- Establish a robust IT governance framework and effective internal control processes.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Lead an IT team and manage IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with IT solution providers.
- Implement an optimized procurement policy and oversee contract management.
- Support Balenciaga's digital transformation by implementing innovative solutions (AI, data science, etc.).
- Optimize business processes through digital technologies.
- Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in a similar role within an international and demanding environment, ideally in Retail and Fashion.
- Strong knowledge in information systems architecture, IT security, project management, cloud computing, and databases.
- Excellent communication skills, rigor, leadership, and strategic vision.
- Comfortable in an international and multicultural environment, bilingual in French and English; Italian is a plus.
