Balenciaga Direct Marketing Intern

- Support the definition, updating, and distribution of the Direct Marketing channels calendar.
- Coordinate the delivery of multichannel Direct Marketing campaigns with external agencies and local teams.
- Define relevant client targets in alignment with HQ criteria or regional target files.
- Monitor the impact of direct marketing campaigns on client engagement and sales weekly and monthly.
- Assist in monthly benchmarking activities.
- Manage one-to-one Clienteling task requests, including preparation of briefs and coordination with agencies and regions.
- Aid in developing retail marketing tools to support sales associates, such as product catalogs and digital store invitations.
- Upload assets and templates to the Clienteling app.
- Update existing lifecycle programs with the latest content.
- Coordinate asset requests and delivery with the Image department.
- Ensure flawless execution of client journeys.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business, communication, or marketing.
- Previous experience in global direct marketing.
- High attention to detail.
- Organized and flexible, able to handle last-minute requests.
- Proactive, reactive, and curious.
- Quick learner in an intercultural context.
- Interest in data reporting.
- Good understanding of the luxury industry.
- Experience in campaign management, digital or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
A first experience in global direct marketing is required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business, communication, or marketing.
