Balenciaga Direct Marketing Intern

- Support the definition, update, and distribution of the Direct Marketing channels calendar.
- Coordinate the delivery of multichannel Direct Marketing campaigns in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
- Define relevant client targets in alignment with HQ criteria or regional target files.
- Monitor the impact of Direct Marketing campaigns on client engagement and sales on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Conduct monthly benchmarking activities.
- Manage one-to-one Clienteling task requests, including preparing briefs and coordinating with agencies and regions.
- Assist in the development of retail marketing tools to support sales associates.
- Upload assets and templates to the Clienteling app.
- Update existing lifecycle programs with the latest content.
- Coordinate asset requests and delivery with the Image department.
- Ensure flawless execution of client journeys.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business, communication, or marketing.
- First experience in global direct marketing.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
- Proactive, reactive, and curious nature.
- Quick learning ability in an intercultural context.
- Interest in data reporting.
- Good understanding of the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business, communication, or marketing.
