Balenciaga Direct Marketing Intern

- Collaborate with regional Client Engagement teams to enhance client retention globally.
- Ensure alignment of Direct Marketing initiatives with Balenciaga's brand identity.
- Monitor Direct Marketing, Lifecycle, and Clienteling activities to guarantee client satisfaction and engagement.
- Coordinate the delivery of multichannel Direct Marketing campaigns with external and internal stakeholders.
- Define client targets based on criteria from headquarters or regional inputs.
- Conduct weekly analysis of direct marketing campaign impacts on client engagement and sales.
- Support monthly benchmarking activities.
- Manage one-to-one Clienteling task requests, including preparation, translation, and coordination.
- Assist in the development of retail marketing tools such as product catalogs and digital store invitations.
- Upload assets and templates to the Clienteling app.
- Update lifecycle programs with current content and coordinate asset delivery.
- Ensure seamless execution of client journeys.
- Previous experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in InDesign is beneficial.
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
