- Analyze business processes with users and assist in formalizing new IT requirements.
- Participate in the implementation of new modules and features, enhancing user experience for internal and external digital tools.
- Contribute to project management from needs analysis to production (planning, coordination, testing).
- Coordinate with various partners and collaborators involved in projects.
- Ensure delivered solutions comply with initial requests.
- Document projects and create user support materials, including process descriptions.
- Organize user training during application updates.
- Assist in the preparation and smooth operation of showrooms for new collections.
- Provide responsive and high-quality user support.
- Propose process or tool optimization ideas.
- Occasionally participate in Retail/Point of Sale projects for IT tool deployment.
- Maintain an optimal working environment in stores, ensuring quality and comfort for both teams and clients.
- Bachelor's degree +4/5, final year of engineering school or equivalent
- Organizational skills, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach
- Adaptability and quick learning ability
- Professional proficiency in English
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Team spirit and ability to work positively with stakeholders at all levels
- Interest in fashion, retail, and new technologies
No prior experience required, suitable for final-year students or recent graduates.
Bachelor's degree +4/5, final year of engineering school or equivalent
