- Analyze business processes with users and assist in formalizing new IT requirements.
- Participate in the implementation of new modules and features, enhancing user experience for internal and external digital tools.
- Contribute to project management from needs analysis to production (planning, coordination, testing).
- Coordinate with various partners and collaborators involved in projects.
- Ensure delivered solutions comply with initial requests.
- Document projects and create user support materials, including process descriptions.
- Organize user training during application updates.
- Assist in the preparation and smooth operation of showrooms for new collections.
- Provide responsive and quality support to users.
- Propose ideas for optimizing existing processes or tools.
- Occasionally participate in Retail/Point of Sale projects for IT tool deployment.
- Maintain an optimal work environment in boutiques, ensuring quality and comfort for both teams and clients.
- Bachelor's degree +4/5, preferably in final year of engineering school or equivalent.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
- Adaptability and quick learning ability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team spirit and ability to work positively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Interest in fashion, retail, and new technologies.
No specific experience required, suitable for students in their final year of study.
Bachelor's degree +4/5, preferably in final year of engineering school or equivalent.
