Balenciaga Department Manager

- Implement action plans in collaboration with the City Manager and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Analyze business results using corporate reports and assign goals to department teams.
- Communicate feedback and reports to the Associate Store Director and Store team.
- Build and maintain relationships with Inventory and Buying stakeholders.
- Monitor the local competitive business environment.
- Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with HR for talent recruitment and development.
- Motivate and challenge the team to achieve business results and job satisfaction.
- Promote the Balenciaga brand internally and externally, ensuring consistent client experiences.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal process requirements.
- Plan and communicate team schedules and improve process efficiency.
- Commitment to innovative projects.
- Strong product sensitivity and market/fashion trend knowledge.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience overseeing a team of 5 or more.
- Significant experience in the luxury industry with a client portfolio.
- Fluency in German and English.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Digital proficiency.
