- Implement action plans defined with headquarters and store management, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Assign and monitor quantitative and qualitative goals for department teams.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales performance and stock levels, ensuring optimal product rotation and display.
- Provide comprehensive feedback and reporting to store management and headquarters, including technical and stock information.
- Monitor the business environment and local competition, keeping the store team informed of performance metrics.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment, embodying the Balenciaga image and aligning the team accordingly.
- Support store management in setting goals, organizing department activities, and maximizing profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering professional growth through training and coaching.
- Promote the Balenciaga brand internally and externally, ensuring consistent execution of the brand's signature and client experience.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and client retention.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, optimizing warehouse management and stock organization.
- Challenge and improve current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
- Commitment to innovative projects and brand philosophy.
- Strong product sensitivity and market/fashion trend knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Experience in client engagement and loyalty programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
