1. Implement action plans defined with the Store Manager or Store Director and ensure their execution.
2. Act as a liaison between the Store Manager or Store Director and the store team, providing high-quality feedback.
3. Cultivate a positive and motivating work environment.
4. Identify and develop the strengths of each team member, supporting their professional growth through training and coaching.
5. Ensure the consistent execution of Balenciaga's Signature and Client experience.
6. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.

1. Proven successful experience in sales and managing sales teams.

5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
