Balenciaga Department Manager

- Implement action plans in collaboration with retail headquarters and store management to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide qualitative feedback and constructive reporting to managers and team members.

- Ensure a seamless and consistent Balenciaga client experience.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse clientele, from new customers to Very Important Clients (VICs).

- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and human resources management processes.
- Optimize weekly and monthly team schedules.
- Propose improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Significant experience as a manager in luxury retail with a team of at least 5 people.
- Expertise in clienteling with a robust client portfolio.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
- Strong product sensitivity with a solid understanding of luxury fashion market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability, open-mindedness, and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with digital tools.
