- Implement action plans defined with headquarters and the Flagship/Store Director, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Set specific quantitative and qualitative goals for department teams.
- Analyze results daily, weekly, and monthly, conducting constant evaluations.
- Review sales based on corporate reports and check stock levels for involved departments.
- Ensure department displays are organized and supervise product turnover.
- Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to the Associate Store Director, Store Director, or store team.
- Convey daily technical and stock information related to products to the store team.
- Promptly send all quantitative and qualitative information to the HQ Buying team to communicate needs and anticipate potential issues.
- Monitor the business environment, including local competition.
- Keep the store team informed about store performance.
- Analyze sell-through by category.
- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment, representing the Balenciaga image and ensuring team alignment.
- Motivate and regularly challenge store leadership and team.
- Support the Flagship/Store Director and Associate Director in setting goals and conducting meetings.
- Organize and plan department activities, allocating resources to meet work demands and maximize profitability.
- Partner with the Associate Director and Flagship/Store Director to recruit, train, and develop the team.
- Identify and develop team members' strengths, supporting professional growth through training and coaching.
- Train the team in-store actions to develop customer loyalty.
- Lead by example and encourage teamwork.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, sustaining and promoting brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure departments consistently offer Balenciaga's service standards, image, and values.
- Ensure the Customer Experience and Balenciaga Signature are consistently executed.
- Inspire clients and team by embodying the Balenciaga Universe.
- Ensure store image aligns with Balenciaga standards.
- Track CEE and NPS indicators and implement necessary actions.
- Ensure client acquisition, development, and retention from beginners to VICs.
- Supervise sales to ensure customer journey execution and omnichannel consistency.
- Ensure a qualitative and quantitative approach in managing the store's client portfolio and execute action plans.
- Promote and develop a clienteling mindset, tracking sales for VICs and VVICs.
- Personally manage delicate situations related to product issues.
- Ensure all processes comply with legal, safety, internal standards, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
- Take necessary measures to ensure loss prevention and store safety.
- Ensure correct product turnover in stock for involved departments.
- Comply with, communicate, and monitor all processes and guidelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly team planning and submit it to the Associate Store Director.
- Challenge current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in departments.
- Cooperate with other Department Managers on product and internal process matters.
- Optimize stock management to make replenishment as efficient as possible in terms of sales, in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Commitment to being part of an innovative project.
- Sensitivity to products and strong market and fashion trend knowledge, coupled with a good level of general culture.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience (managing a team of approximately 5 people).
- Relevant experience in the luxury industry, including client portfolio management.
- Clienteling mindset: focus on client engagement and loyalty.

A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the luxury industry, managing a team of approximately 5 people, with experience in client portfolio management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
