Balenciaga Department Manager

- Cultivate and maintain a positive, respectful, and motivating work environment.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Lead and inspire team members.
- Manage departmental scheduling.

- Organize after-sales service and manage customer disputes.

- Implement and monitor action plans in collaboration with headquarters and the Director.

- Contribute to reporting activities.
- Oversee stock organization, replenishments, deliveries, and inventory management.
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers with stockists.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and guidelines (grooming, stock, cash handling, visual merchandising).
- Uphold the brand's values.
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM and inventory management systems.
- Leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in French and English.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
