Balenciaga Department Manager
Balenciaga, a distinguished name in the luxury fashion industry, is renowned for its avant-garde and innovative designs. - Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with retail headquarters and store management.
- Provide qualitative feedback and constructive reporting to managers and team members.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Balenciaga's culture internally and externally.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent Balenciaga client experience.
- Recruit, develop, and retain clients, from new customers to Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Create and maintain a positive and stimulating work environment.
- Motivate and challenge managers and team to achieve excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and human resource management processes.
- Optimize weekly and monthly team scheduling.
- Propose improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Proven track record in managing a retail department or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and reporting.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and optimize retail operations.
Significant experience in luxury retail management, preferably within a similar brand or environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
