- Implement action plans in collaboration with retail headquarters and store management to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide qualitative feedback and constructive reporting to managers and team members.

- Ensure a seamless and consistent Balenciaga client experience.
- Recruit, develop, and retain clients, from new customers to Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Create and maintain a positive and stimulating work environment.
- Motivate and challenge managers and team members to achieve excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop the team.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and human resources management processes.
- Optimize weekly and monthly team scheduling.
- Propose improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury fashion industry.
