- Implement action plans defined with headquarters and store management, ensuring follow-up and achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze sales performance and stock levels, ensuring optimal product display and rotation.
- Communicate relevant feedback and reporting to store management and headquarters, maintaining awareness of store performance and market environment.
- Create a motivating work environment, embodying and promoting the Balenciaga image and values.
- Support store management in setting goals and conducting meetings, organizing department activities to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering professional growth and client loyalty.
- Act as a Balenciaga ambassador, ensuring the department meets brand standards in service, image, and client experience.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client journey and promoting a clienteling mindset.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal processes, optimizing warehouse management and team planning.
- Commitment to innovative projects and brand philosophy.
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in the luxury industry, overseeing a team of 5 or more.
- Proven clienteling mindset with experience in client engagement and loyalty.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
