Balenciaga Department Manager

- Implement action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Manager, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Store Manager.
- Cultivate a positive and motivating work environment.
- Regularly motivate and challenge store management and team.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing the team.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture both internally and externally.
- Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
- Manage recruitment, development, and retention of clients, from beginners to VIPs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal standards, including sustainability and HR policies.
- Execute and submit team planning on a weekly and monthly basis to the Store Manager.
- Challenge current processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Diploma or higher in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Inclusive leadership style and excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptable, persuasive, responsible, and dynamic team player.
- Strong willingness to learn and improve in a new work environment.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
- Excellent people management, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in MS Office and other digital tools.
A minimum of 6 years in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Diploma or higher in any discipline.
