1. Implement action plans defined with the Store Director and ensure follow-up.
2. Act as a communication bridge between the Store Director and the store team, providing high-quality feedback.
3. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
4. Identify and develop the strengths of each store team member, supporting their professional growth through training and coaching.
5. Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
6. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.

1. Proven successful experience in selling and managing sales teams.

1. Inclusive leadership style with excellent organizational skills.
2. Adaptability, persuasiveness, and dynamic risk-taking abilities.
3. High sensitivity to clients’ experiences and loyalty.
4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. Competency in PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools.

Proven successful experience in selling and managing sales teams is required.
