Balenciaga Department Manager

- Implement action plans in alignment with headquarters and store management directives.
- Analyze business results and assign quantitative and qualitative goals to the department team.

- Monitor the competitive business environment and keep the store team informed of store performance.

- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Execute and communicate team planning effectively.
- Challenge and improve current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing a team of at least 5 people.
- Significant experience in the luxury industry with a strong client portfolio.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Strong product sensitivity and market/fashion trend knowledge.
- Clienteling mindset with a focus on client engagement and loyalty.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability, openness, and strong listening abilities.
