1. Implement action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director, ensuring consistent follow-up.
2. Analyze business results using corporate reports and assign goals to department teams.
3. Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Store Director and team.
4. Build and maintain relationships with Inventory and Buying stakeholders, communicating requirements proactively.
5. Monitor the business environment, including local competition, and keep the store team informed about performance.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment in line with Balenciaga's values.
7. Collaborate with Recruitment and HR to attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
8. Motivate and challenge the team to achieve business results and job satisfaction.
9. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
11. Execute and communicate team planning on a weekly and monthly basis.
12. Challenge and improve current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market/fashion trends.
3. At least 3 years of managerial experience in a luxury industry setting.
4. Proven clienteling mindset with a focus on client engagement and loyalty.
5. Precision and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Adaptability, openness, and excellent listening abilities.
7. High availability and responsiveness.
8. Fluency in German and English.

A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury industry, overseeing a team of at least 5 individuals.
