- Implement action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Analyze business results using corporate reports and assign goals to department teams.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Store Director and team.
- Build and maintain relationships with Inventory and Buying stakeholders, communicating requirements proactively.
- Monitor the business environment, including local competition, and keep the store team informed about performance.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment in line with Balenciaga's values.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and HR to attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
- Motivate and challenge the team to achieve business results and job satisfaction.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Execute and communicate team planning on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Challenge and improve current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Commitment to innovative projects.
- Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market/fashion trends.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a luxury industry setting.
- Proven clienteling mindset with a focus on client engagement and loyalty.
- Precision and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability, openness, and excellent listening abilities.
- High availability and responsiveness.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Mastery of digital skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury industry, overseeing a team of at least 5 individuals.
