1. Develop and adjust sales forecasts in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
2. Monitor and analyze discrepancies between sales forecasts and initial assumptions.
3. Conduct top-line analysis of stock and forecast for the product category and provide recommendations.
4. Maintain key planning parameters, including production lead time and safety stock.
5. Suggest and adjust reorder needs based on actual sales and future forecasts.
6. Alert stakeholders about stock shortages and identify overstock risks globally.
7. Update and provide key reporting, including weekly sales reports and monthly S&OP materials.

1. Final-year student with a background in supply chain, preferably with experience in planning within a fast-growing industry.
2. Organized, rigorous, and autonomous work ethic.
3. Strong analytical skills and team spirit.
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Fluency in English and French.
