Balenciaga Customer Service Manager

- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee order processing, pricing, and merchandise delivery.
- Provide activity reports to management.
- Manage payments and liaise with the collections team as necessary.
- Issue shipping instructions and support clients with order management information.
- Gather market insights from clients to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Experience in customer service or sales administration.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English; Italian is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and related reporting tools.
- Comfortable in an agile environment, with strong organizational skills and a positive mindset.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role is required.
