Balenciaga CRM Specialist

- Coordinate and assist with the launch of the LUCE project, implementing new digitalization processes in retail stores.
- Conduct in-store training and follow-up to ensure the effectiveness of omnichannel in-store client journey initiatives.
- Manage and handle IT devices and tools related to LUCE.
- Provide regular reporting on LUCE usage and analyze customer retention and segmentation.
- Manage customer engagement activities, including collecting customer profiles and feedback, and handling customer gifts.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks.
- Coordinate gift development in alignment with headquarters' direction and local celebrations.
- Support clienteling with store teams to develop VIC treatment plans based on performance analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Proficiency in digital tools and systems management.
- Strong analytical skills for customer data analysis.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and projects.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail sector, is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
