Balenciaga Couture Salon Coordinator

1. Oversee administrative and logistical support for sales activities, including quotes, orders, payments, invoices, and exports.
2. Coordinate client order tracking with workshops and development teams.
3. Manage the schedule of Salon appointments, prepare fitting rooms, and assist during appointments as needed.
4. Integrate sales into the internal PLM system and ensure efficient shipment management.
5. Organize and supervise client events such as RTW and Couture shows, trunk shows, and dinners, both domestically and internationally.
6. Plan Couture collection presentations in Paris and abroad for clients.
7. Supervise team travel arrangements and logistics for fittings and presentations.
8. Enhance the Couture client experience in collaboration with the global clienteling team.
9. Manage temporary staff and supply orders for Salons, packaging, and collections.
10. Develop communication and sales support tools, both print and digital.
11. Monitor the budget for Couture Salon activities and ensure proper invoice processing using ESKER.
12. Support the development of the gifting strategy in collaboration with the Visual Identity team.

1. Previous experience in a haute couture house as a showroom coordinator or back-office manager.

4. Bilingual in English and French

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a haute couture environment.
