Balenciaga Corporate Legal Counsel

- Manage and oversee corporate governance of Balenciaga's subsidiaries in coordination with local teams, including account approvals, company creation/modification, appointment of corporate officers, statutory changes, capital operations, and restructuring operations.
- Draft and manage corporate documents related to Balenciaga group companies.
- Draft and analyze contracts related to commercial leases and construction work.
- Manage and oversee Balenciaga's commercial leases.
- Draft service contracts and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate insurance matters with the Group and establish insurance for new sites, boutiques, offices, and stocks in collaboration with insurers and/or the Group.
- Master's degree in Corporate Law/Business Law.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel, ideally in a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department.
- Experience in real estate or retail sectors is highly appreciated.
- Organized and responsive with attention to detail.
- Curious with strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment where English is required.
- Proficient with IT tools.
At least 5 years of experience as a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel, ideally in a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department. Experience in real estate or retail sectors is highly appreciated.
Master's degree in Corporate Law/Business Law.
