Balenciaga Corporate Legal Counsel

- Manage and oversee corporate governance of Balenciaga's subsidiaries in coordination with local teams, including account approvals, company formation/modification, appointment of corporate officers, statutory amendments, capital operations, and restructuring activities.
- Draft and maintain corporate documents related to Balenciaga's group companies.
- Draft and analyze contracts related to commercial leases and construction projects.
- Manage and oversee Balenciaga's lease agreements.
- Draft service contracts and commercial agreements.
- Monitor insurance matters with the Group and establish insurance for new sites, boutiques, offices, and inventories in collaboration with insurers and/or the Group.
- Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel, preferably in a business law firm, audit firm, or in-house legal department. Experience in real estate or retail sectors is highly valued.
- Organized and proactive with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in English and capable of working in an international setting.
- Comfortable with IT tools.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department, with a preference for experience in real estate or retail sectors.
Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law.
