1. Manage and oversee corporate governance of Balenciaga's subsidiaries in coordination with local teams, including account approvals, company creation/modification, appointment of corporate officers, statutory changes, capital operations, and restructuring operations.
2. Draft and manage corporate documents related to Balenciaga group companies.
3. Draft and analyze contracts related to commercial leases and construction work.
4. Manage and oversee Balenciaga's commercial leases.
5. Draft service contracts and commercial agreements.
6. Handle insurance matters with the Group and set up insurance for new sites, stores, offices, and stocks in collaboration with insurers and/or the Group.

1. Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel, ideally in a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department. Experience in real estate or retail sectors is highly appreciated.

1. Organized and responsive with attention to detail.
2. Curious with strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
3. Proficient in working in an international environment where English is required.
4. Comfortable with IT tools.

At least 5 years of experience in a relevant legal role, preferably in a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department.
