Balenciaga Corporate Legal Counsel

- Manage and oversee corporate governance for Balenciaga's subsidiaries, coordinating with local teams on account approvals, company formations, statutory modifications, capital operations, and restructuring activities.
- Draft and maintain corporate documents related to Balenciaga's group companies.
- Draft and analyze contracts related to commercial leases and construction works.
- Manage and oversee Balenciaga's lease agreements.
- Draft service contracts and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate insurance matters with the Group and establish insurance for new sites, boutiques, offices, and stock in collaboration with insurers and/or the Group.
- Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law.
- Previous experience as a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel, preferably in a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department. Experience in real estate or retail sectors is highly valued.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong teamwork capabilities.
- Proficient in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
- Competent with IT tools.
A minimum of initial experience in a corporate legal role, ideally within a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department. Experience in real estate or retail is advantageous.
Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law.
