1. Manage and oversee corporate governance of Balenciaga's subsidiaries in coordination with local teams.
2. Draft and maintain corporate documents for Balenciaga group companies.
3. Draft and analyze contracts related to commercial leases and construction work.
4. Manage and oversee Balenciaga's lease agreements.
5. Draft service contracts and commercial agreements.
6. Coordinate insurance matters with the group and establish insurance for new sites.

1. Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law.
2. Previous experience as a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel, preferably in a law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department.
3. Experience in real estate or retail sectors is highly appreciated.

2. Strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
3. Proficient in English.
4. Comfortable with IT tools.

First experience in a similar role, ideally in a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department.
