- Manage and oversee corporate governance of Balenciaga's subsidiaries in coordination with local teams.
- Draft and maintain corporate documents for Balenciaga group companies.
- Draft and analyze contracts related to commercial leases and construction work.
- Manage and oversee Balenciaga's lease agreements.
- Draft service contracts and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate insurance matters with the group and establish insurance for new sites.
- Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law.
- Previous experience as a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel, preferably in a law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department.
- Experience in real estate or retail sectors is highly appreciated.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Comfortable with IT tools.
First experience in a similar role, ideally in a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department.
