Balenciaga Compliance and Special Projects Manager

1. Conduct due diligence on suppliers and third parties.
2. Monitor direct procurement suppliers, including contractual status and supply chain analysis.
3. Support contract preparation and negotiation in alignment with Balenciaga Operations and Kering Legal.
4. Assist with activities related to the OdV as per the 231/01 decree.
5. Support destocking activities and manage conflict of interest campaigns.
6. Facilitate Whistleblowing Committee activities and ensure follow-up.
7. Implement processes and procedures, involving internal and external stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance requirements are applied across departments.
9. Perform checks on company procedures and implement corrective actions.
10. Support and manage internal audit activities.
11. Engage in EP&L and Green Reporting Activities.
12. Prepare periodic internal reporting and presentations.
13. Evaluate and support new financial projects and opportunities.
14. Follow new incentive programs and ensure accurate reporting.

1. 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal control, or audit roles.
2. Experience in structured organizations or Group environments.
3. Involvement in activities related to Legislative Decree 231/01.
4. Participation in public incentive projects.
5. Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.

1. Fluent in English; French is a plus.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
3. Knowledge of Stealth, AS400, SAP, and HFM.
4. Strong ownership, accountability, and proactivity.
5. Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
6. Team-oriented and cross-functional collaboration.
7. Autonomy and planning skills.
8. High integrity and ethical judgment.
9. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

A minimum of 5 years in compliance, internal control, or audit roles, preferably within structured organizations or Group environments.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.
