Balenciaga Compliance and Special Projects Manager

- Conduct due diligence on suppliers and third parties.
- Monitor direct procurement suppliers, including contractual status and supply chain analysis.
- Support contract preparation and negotiation in alignment with Balenciaga Operations and Kering Legal.
- Assist with activities related to the OdV as per the 231/01 decree.
- Support destocking activities and manage conflict of interest campaigns.
- Facilitate Whistleblowing Committee activities and ensure follow-up.
- Implement processes and procedures, involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance requirements are applied across departments.
- Perform checks on company procedures and implement corrective actions.
- Support and manage internal audit activities.
- Engage in EP&L and Green Reporting Activities.
- Prepare periodic internal reporting and presentations.
- Evaluate and support new financial projects and opportunities.
- Follow new incentive programs and ensure accurate reporting.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal control, or audit roles.
- Experience in structured organizations or Group environments.
- Involvement in activities related to Legislative Decree 231/01.
- Participation in public incentive projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Stealth, AS400, SAP, and HFM.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and proactivity.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Team-oriented and cross-functional collaboration.
- Autonomy and planning skills.
- High integrity and ethical judgment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
A minimum of 5 years in compliance, internal control, or audit roles, preferably within structured organizations or Group environments.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.
