1. Conduct due diligence on suppliers and third parties to ensure compliance.
2. Monitor direct procurement suppliers, including contractual status and supply chain analysis.
3. Assist in the preparation and negotiation of various contracts in line with Balenciaga Operations and Kering Legal standards.
4. Support activities related to the Legislative Decree 231/01, including information collection and participation in periodic meetings.
5. Manage destocking activities and the Conflict of Interests campaign.
6. Support Whistleblowing Committee activities and ensure proper follow-up.
7. Implement and oversee processes and procedures, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance requirements are applied across departments and perform checks on procedure application.
9. Drive and manage internal audit activities.
10. Conduct EP&L and Green Reporting activities.
11. Prepare periodic internal reports and presentations.
12. Evaluate and support new financial projects and opportunities.
13. Follow new incentive programs and prepare accurate reports for public authorities.

1. 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal control, or audit roles.
2. Experience in structured organizations or group environments.
3. Involvement in activities related to Legislative Decree 231/01 or similar frameworks.
4. Participation in public incentive projects.
5. Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.

1. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot, Macro).
3. Familiarity with Stealth, AS400/SAP, and HFM.
4. Strong ownership, accountability, and proactive approach.
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Team-oriented and effective in a matrixed environment.
7. Autonomous with strong planning skills and adaptability.
8. High integrity and ethical judgment.
9. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%).

A minimum of five years in compliance, internal control, or audit roles, preferably within structured organizations or group environments.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.
