Balenciaga Compliance and Special Projects Manager

- Conduct due diligence on suppliers and third parties to ensure compliance.
- Monitor direct procurement suppliers, including contractual status and supply chain analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of various contracts in line with Balenciaga Operations and Kering Legal standards.
- Support activities related to the Legislative Decree 231/01, including information collection and participation in periodic meetings.
- Manage destocking activities and the Conflict of Interests campaign.
- Support Whistleblowing Committee activities and ensure proper follow-up.
- Implement and oversee processes and procedures, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance requirements are applied across departments and perform checks on procedure application.
- Drive and manage internal audit activities.
- Conduct EP&L and Green Reporting activities.
- Prepare periodic internal reports and presentations.
- Evaluate and support new financial projects and opportunities.
- Follow new incentive programs and prepare accurate reports for public authorities.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal control, or audit roles.
- Experience in structured organizations or group environments.
- Involvement in activities related to Legislative Decree 231/01 or similar frameworks.
- Participation in public incentive projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot, Macro).
- Familiarity with Stealth, AS400/SAP, and HFM.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and proactive approach.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented and effective in a matrixed environment.
- Autonomous with strong planning skills and adaptability.
- High integrity and ethical judgment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%).
A minimum of five years in compliance, internal control, or audit roles, preferably within structured organizations or group environments.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics.
