Balenciaga Compensation and Benefits Manager

- Lead and support the annual compensation and benefits exercises, including budgeting, forecasting, performance appraisals, salary reviews, bonus exercises, and staff benefit reviews.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll, insurance, MPF, tax filings, and other compensation and benefits matters, collaborating with Kering Shared Service Payroll team and external consultancy firms as needed.
- Assist the Human Resources Director in developing and implementing compensation and benefits projects, including incentive schemes and reward initiatives.
- Conduct market surveys and salary benchmarking to maintain the competitiveness of the company's compensation framework.
- Prepare regular reports and monitor KPIs, including staff lists, turnover rates, and external FTE statistics for management review.
- Review and design HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and group requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits, preferably in the Retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Compensation and Benefits, ideally within the Retail or FMCG sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
