1. Lead and analyze personnel expenses and social indicators for Balenciaga Worldwide.
2. Contribute to all stages of HR budget processes, including headcount and personnel costs.
3. Ensure precise monthly monitoring and control of HR budgets in collaboration with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, and Finance teams.
4. Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by management.
5. Prepare social indicator reports in compliance with Group requirements.
6. Participate in the implementation of analytical tools projects.
7. Create dashboards and compile and disseminate Flash KPIs.

1. Master's degree in HR or Finance with significant initial professional experience.
2. Interest in HR and Finance topics, including payroll construction and financial processes.
3. Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data with a structured and rigorous approach.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Comfortable with IT tools and expert in Excel.
6. Organized and analytical with a strong sense of confidentiality and ethics.
