1. Coordinate and ensure alignment with Balenciaga standards for listings, orders, and reports.
2. Generate specific reports and client analyses to support business actions.
3. Track client actions using campaign management tools to measure ROI.
4. Validate global newsletters and submit local requests to headquarters, such as for store openings or anniversaries.
5. Perform continuous data quality activities, including deduplication and merging, in collaboration with headquarters and the Kering Group.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in client development, CRM, events, or similar roles in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
2. Strong passion for client engagement and development.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
4. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 1 year in client development, CRM, events, or similar roles within the luxury retail or fashion industry is required.
