- Coordinate listings, orders, and reports to align with Balenciaga standards.
- Conduct client analysis and generate reports to support business actions.
- Track client actions in the campaign management tool to measure ROI.
- Validate global newsletters and submit local requests to HQ.
- Perform data quality activities such as deduplication and merging.
- 1 year of experience in client development, CRM, events, or similar roles in luxury retail/fashion industry.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Fluency in English.
