Balenciaga Client Development Project Manager

- Develop and implement client strategy in collaboration with Data & Analytics and Retail Performance teams.
- Align retail activation and client gifting with global client vision in partnership with the Insight team.
- Lead 1:1 clienteling strategy with the Direct Marketing team, targeting activation and gifting initiatives.
- Collaborate with training and merchandising teams to ensure seamless rollout of client development activations.
- Monitor client clusterization and targeting through clienteling applications with the Insight team.
- Support regional teams in defining and executing local strategies, focusing on key markets.
- Conduct monthly client performance reviews with regional and market teams to drive decision-making.
- Track and manage VIC (Very Important Client) KPIs, addressing inactive or downgraded clients.
- Coordinate regional and HQ budgets for in-store events and gifting execution.
- Provide insights and feedback to Client Development and local teams.
- Oversee dashboard needs and KPIs with Insight teams based on client development requirements.
- Lead regional teams in leveraging synergies and ensuring platform adoption in collaboration with IT and Kering teams.
- Research and benchmark potential new features and technological developments.
- Develop, roll out, and monitor VIC and Client Development dashboards with the Insight team to create specific action plans.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Adaptability and quick learning ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for challenges.
- Fluency in French and English.
