Balenciaga Client Development Intern

- Support planning and execution of retail events, gifting activations and client-facing initiatives in alignment with the global marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with regional Client Development teams to implement retail activation and gifting strategies, ensuring local relevance and brand consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of client-facing events and activations to monitor consistency with global initiatives and produce post-event reporting.
- Assist on client events including fashion shows, resees and showroom appointments, coordinating logistics and on-site requirements.
- Contribute to clienteling actions and client engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing the client journey and strengthening loyalty.
- Help create and roll out guidelines, templates and tools for retail activation and clienteling across regions.
- Monitor local executions, gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, consolidate learnings and share best practices.
- Participate in performance tracking and support regional teams in defining follow-up actions and continuous improvements.
- Collect and disseminate best practices and insights to foster innovation and alignment across global teams.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business or a related field (typical requirement for internships).
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Analytical mindset; precision and strong numerical literacy for tracking and reporting.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn about luxury retail, client strategy and event execution.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.

Internship-level experience preferred; prior internships, project work or coursework related to luxury retail, client engagement, event coordination or marketing is an advantage. Familiarity with regional retail operations and clienteling practices is desirable.
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business or a related discipline.
