1. Lead the relationship strategy with the brand's most valued clients (VICs) to drive client loyalty and revenue growth.
2. Plan and execute CRM strategies, overseeing exclusive VIC events and personalized client experiences.
3. Conduct strategic analysis to optimize sales networks and geographical footprint.
4. Achieve sales targets and manage retail KPIs, including client segmentation and customer profiling.
5. Elevate VIC client experiences both in-store and externally, aligning with brand ambitions.
6. Plan and implement in-store and offsite events in collaboration with various departments.
7. Identify and engage external commercial partnerships to recruit new VICs while maintaining brand image.
8. Manage end-to-end overseas brand experiences and propose new VIC activations.
9. Conduct post-event analysis and support VIC/high segment initiatives.
10. Guide, coach, and train store teams to enhance VIC engagement and retention.
11. Manage the VIC event budget and monthly forecasts.

1. 5+ years of experience in client relationship roles within luxury, high-end retail, or hospitality.
2. Proven track record in planning and executing high-end client events.
3. Team management experience.
4. Business-level English proficiency.
5. Experience with CRM platforms.
