- Regularly assess market and fashion trends as well as the business environment.
- Support colleagues to enhance teamwork and achieve customer experience goals.
- Strengthen brand culture internally and externally while providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Assist the management team in adhering to store procedures.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to embody the brand's image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills to provide superior customer and after-sales service.
- Proactive and positive team player contributing to a positive work environment and enhancing teamwork.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
