1. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Understand current products, trends, and collections to keep customers informed.
3. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
4. Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring resolution aligns with customer and company satisfaction.
5. Stay updated with customer requirements and operational procedures.
6. Be aware of daily sales targets and employ effective sales techniques to achieve them.

2. Experience in a customer service role with direct customer interaction.
