1. Serve as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
4. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Understand and implement company procedures and policies effectively.

1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion companies.
2. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a keen understanding of fashion trends.
3. Demonstrated sense of responsibility and team spirit.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
6. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
