1. Act as a host for customers, consistently strengthening and building strong customer relationships.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide excellent and professional customer service.
3. Handle customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
4. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation, ensuring quality control.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
6. Ensure all procedures and policies are understood and followed.

1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion.
2. Product and fashion sensitivity with a strong knowledge of fashion trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

1. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Previous experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with experience in luxury fashion companies.
