1. Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening robust customer relationships.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional and professional customer service.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
4. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
6. Understand and implement all company procedures and policies effectively.

1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion.
2. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a keen awareness of fashion trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

1. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
