1. Serve as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening strong customer relationships.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction for both the customer and the company.
4. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
6. Understand and execute all procedures and policies to maintain operational excellence.

1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion companies.
2. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a keen understanding of fashion trends.
3. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Proficient in PC skills including MS Office and other digital tools.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
