Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs with a focus on local and returning clients.
- Develop and maintain a client database through the Luce app.
- Conduct one-to-one appointments and clienteling actions to boost individual sales.
- Handle client requests and complaints, reporting to the Management Team.
- Provide feedback on clients to the Management Team.
- Stay informed on business environment, fashion trends, and events, sharing insights with colleagues.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Provide feedback to Store Management and Merchandising Team on product assortment and sales trends.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present the Balenciaga brand and collections with a storytelling approach.
- Offer personalized advice and build long-term client relationships.
- Engage clients on product and brand values.
- Propose clienteling initiatives to retain key clients.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Facilitate teamwork and mentor colleagues.
- Support Store Management with field coaching.
- Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
- Perform front and back of house duties, including processing transactions and deliveries.
- Promote and execute omnichannel services.
- Support after-sales processes and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed all training programs required for the Client Ambassador role if promoted internally.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience at Balenciaga if promoted internally.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant sales experience if hired externally.
Skills
- Strong sales and clienteling skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Proficiency in handling client transactions and store operations.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience at Balenciaga for internal promotions or 3 years' relevant sales experience for external hires.
