Balenciaga Client Ambassador

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs with a focus on local and returning clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust client database through the Luce app, emphasizing VIC and VVIC.
- Enhance individual sales through OTO appointments and clienteling actions.
- Address and report client requests and complaints to the Management Team.
- Provide high-quality client feedback to the Management Team.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and events, sharing insights with colleagues.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Offer feedback to Store Management and Merchandising Team on product assortment.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present the Balenciaga universe and collections with a storytelling approach.
- Provide tailored advice and build long-term client relationships.
- Engage clients on product and brand values.
- Propose clienteling initiatives to retain VIC and VVIC.
- Execute product presentation and clienteling guidelines.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in all interactions.
- Facilitate teamwork and mentor less experienced colleagues.
- Support Store Management with field coaching.
- Participate in sustainability goals.
- Perform FOH and most BOH duties independently.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Manage store deliveries and client shipments.
- Contribute to stock control and inventories.
- Transfer knowledge of company procedures to colleagues.
- Support after-sales policy execution and provide feedback to management.
- Successful completion of all training programs for Client Ambassador role if promoted internally.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience at Balenciaga if promoted internally.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant sales experience if hired externally.
- Strong clienteling and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in using client database applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury retail.
- Proficiency in executing visual merchandising standards.
A minimum of 2 years' experience within Balenciaga for internal promotions or 3 years' relevant sales experience for external candidates.
