Balenciaga Buying Manager E-Business

- Develop and implement the merchandising strategy for Balenciaga.com and E-Retail partnerships to meet growth and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Central Merchandising and regional teams to define and execute buying strategies.
- Review and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets in coordination with Central Business Planning.
- Lead buying sessions to curate an optimal E-Commerce product assortment aligned with regional strategies.
- Monitor carry-over product performance and manage stock coverage in collaboration with Supply Chain.
- Work with E-Merchandising to provide visual merchandising recommendations based on buying strategies and stock levels.
- Analyze sales data by category and channel, implementing action plans to support product performance and sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for exclusive products and pre-launches, contributing to 360° activation plans.
- Define product shooting requirements for E-Commerce based on key investments.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with regions, E-Merchandising, Media, and CRM teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or Buying within the Fashion or Luxury industry.
- Proven track record in team management.
- Previous experience in E-Commerce or Digital environments is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented and highly committed with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent understanding of fashion trends and market competition.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
At least 5 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or Buying within the Fashion or Luxury industry, including team management.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
