1. Lead the store and sales team to achieve and surpass sales and KPI goals, ensuring adherence to all processes and guidelines.
2. Promote brand engagement to clients, ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals to maximize store potential.
3. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
4. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, client service, and operational functions.
5. Create and maintain a positive work environment, identifying, recruiting, and developing talent within the team.
6. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements, and manage inventory activities.

1. Proven experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
2. Demonstrated success in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
3. Fluency in English, German, and Italian.
4. Existing right to work in Austria.
