Balenciaga Associate Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the store.
- Manage a retail sales team while overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaints handling.
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with Balenciaga’s standards and requirements.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent by creating a positive work environment and a feedback culture.
- Build and maintain a customer database, fostering strong relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.
- Prior experience in retail and customer service industries with people and store operation management.
- Inclusive leadership style with excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptability, persuasiveness, and a dynamic, risk-taking approach.
- High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Candidates should have prior experience in retail and customer service industries, particularly in roles involving people and store operation management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
