Balenciaga Associate Store Manager

- Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, and operational functions.
- Analyze sales results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and provide constant assessments.
- Support the Store Director in reporting relevant information to headquarters and sharing it with the store team.
- Monitor the business environment, including local competition, and provide feedback and reports to the Flagship Store Director.
- Implement action plans defined with headquarters and ensure follow-up.
- Update the store team on key performance indicators (KPIs) and support them in achieving targets.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, embodying brand behaviors and motivating the team.
- Assist in setting up team and individual activities, such as morning briefs and one-on-one meetings.
- Manage Department Managers and support their activities, providing feedback and development plans.
- Oversee clienteling approach and ensure store atmosphere upholds brand image.
- Supervise sales to ensure client satisfaction and maintain Balenciaga's qualitative standards.
- Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock, ensuring alignment with sales potential.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail.
- Successful managerial experience of a team, with the ability to set goals, delegate work, and follow up on results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record in sales and team management.
