Balenciaga Associate Store Manager

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing customer engagement and maximizing store potential.
- Support the Store Manager in managing floor coverage, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, and customer service operations.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results, providing feedback and reports to the Store Manager and headquarters.
- Monitor local business environment and competitors, providing insights and feedback to the flagship store manager.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving qualitative and quantitative targets and executing action plans.
- Update the store team on KPIs and provide necessary support to achieve them.
- Foster a positive work environment and motivate the store team.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
- Maintain store image in line with Balenciaga standards and manage inventory and stockroom operations.
- Promote Balenciaga's brand image and ensure consistent customer experience.
- Manage clienteling activities and enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to act in line with the brand's image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends.
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and positive team player with the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on sales and team management.
