Balenciaga Associate Store Manager

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Act as the brand engagement leader, maximizing store potential through qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Support the Store Manager in floor coverage management, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, and customer service operations.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results, providing continuous evaluation and feedback.
- Monitor local competitors and business environment, offering strategic insights to the flagship Store Manager.
- Execute and follow up on action plans established by the headquarters and Store Manager.
- Update the store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve targets.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example in brand behaviors.
- Motivate and challenge the store team daily, preparing team and individual activities with the Store Manager.
- Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention, supporting team members in their roles.
- Act as a Balenciaga ambassador, maintaining and enhancing brand culture both internally and externally.
- Oversee clienteling activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maintaining store atmosphere.
- Supervise sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement, following up on CEE and NPS scores.
- Manage customer complaints and oversee the entire sales process.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal regulations, maintaining store image according to Balenciaga standards.
- Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Review and improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to act in alignment with the brand's image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service and after-sales support.
